			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="NoSpacing" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="EN-US">“It’s the first week back after my two weeks holiday, and I am still having problems with my asthma.  I had a cold just before I went away and it’s still giving me problems.  Training was going well before then, but the illness has put me back a few weeks, saying that though, I played squash on Friday and then went for a 4 mile run on Sunday, so I am still trying to keep active!  </p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma;" lang="EN-US">Having missed some 3 weeks of training I am a little worried about completing the half marathon. I intend increasing my training over the next 4 weeks, which will mean more gym sessions, games of squash and increasing the lengths of my runs. Depending on my work commitments, training comprises of gym sessions early in a morning before work, or road running or running around local parks.  <br />
  <br />
My maximum run to date is 1 hour which was about 7.5 miles.  Over the next few weeks I need to get to around 11 miles, which is going to be challenging!<br />
 <br />
Since agreeing to run the half marathon I have tried to improve my diet. i.e. eating more fruit, vegetables and obviously trying to avoid alcohol! I feel much healthier and fitter, and I have reduced my body fat level, which is brilliant!”</p>
